We're making some small changes to your Home Loan Terms and
Conditions. These changes will come into effect on 7 August 2021.

Our partners at Advantedge will also be notifying you of this change via a
letter in the post. But to make your life easier, we’ve summarised the
changes below.

So, what’s changing?

By way of a summary:

From the 7th of August 2021, if your scheduled home loan repayment
falls on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll move your repayment to the
next business day. (Currently, if this happens we debit your repayment
the business day before.)

The only exception is, if your repayment is due around the first of the
month it may be debited up to two business days after.
|

We’ve also removed any reference to StarCall, but don’t worry you can
still manage your home loan needs via StarNet.
|

What do I have to do?

| Nothing at all, these changes will start from 7 August 2021 and the T&Cs
document will be updated on our website at ubank.com.au/terms
|

| If you’d like to keep a copy of the changes, we recommend that you save or
print a copy from this email.

If you ever want to check when your next upcoming repayment will be
debited simply log into to internet banking and click on the MANAGE
UHOMELOAN button.
